Return and Refund Policy

At Amélia, we operate under a dropshipping model in partnership with global fulfillment suppliers through Wiio. Because products are shipped directly from international warehouses, this policy reflects international logistics standards.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Orders are typically delivered within 7–20 business days depending on destination country in Latin America or Central America. Delays caused by customs, local carriers, or force majeure events are outside our control.

3. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if: The product is defective The wrong item was shipped The product is significantly different from its description We do not accept returns for change of mind due to international shipping costs.

4. Proof Requirement

Customers must provide: Clear photos or videos of the defect Order number Description of the issue Claims without evidence may be denied.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.

6. Customs and Duties

Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees required by their country.
